Application for a suite

Please use our contact page to get in touch with our team. They will answer (in French or English) all your questions and handle the process of your moving in BKHome. Please note that each suite is for single occupancy.
Length of stay and Residential lease
​
The length of a stay is flexible (from 3 months to 3 years) and easily extendable. You can end your lease in advance but may pay an indemnity. BKHome can be your legal residency.
Move-in & move-out
​
For check-in one of our staff member will meet you and show you how the house is organised. For check-out you will meet one of our staff Necessary cleaning and repairs will be discussed with you and eventually retained on your deposit.
BKHome community
​
You share the house with 7 other inhabitants. We ensure peace and respect for the community when we select new members. The BKHome whatsapp (members and our staff) allows you to communicate easily.
Security, Key and Locker
​
You have a safe key to enter in BKHome, a keypad to enter in your suite, a safe key to lock your suite and a locker in the dining room for your food.
Parking
​
You can ask for a residential card to park you car in the street. Otherwise a public parking is available very close (various prices from 60€/month). Bikes and scooters can be parked outdoor or in your suite.
Cleaning
​
Common facilities are regularly cleaned. Cleaning set is available to make your room.
